Fill in all the information that is asked. Make sure to fill in the 2 pages: "entryform tournament" and "meals & beds".

Dear Dojoleaders, kendoka and kendo friends,
With joy we invite you to our 30th Ko Jika International Spring tournament for juniors.
On Friday 17/05, there is a possibility to join the open practice from 20u00 until 21u30 in sporthal Bourgoyen (same as the tournament).
On Saturday 18/05, we will held the individual competitions (except category X).
On Sunday 19/05, we will held the team competition and the individual competition category X.
Categories:
3 categories without bogu (technic)
Category A: 5 - 9 years old (incl)
Category B: 10 - 13 years old (incl)
Category C: 14 - 18 years old (incl)
5 categories with bogu (shiai)
Category D: 5 - 9 years old (incl)
Category E: 10 - 12 years old (incl)
Category F: 13 - 15 years old (incl)
Category G: 16 - 18 years old (incl)
Only this year, we will have an extra category to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this beautiful tournament!
Category X: any kendoka who has already participated in the past and who is 19 years old or older (19+)
Team competition:
senpo: 6 - 10 years old (category D and 1st age of category E)
jiho: 10 - 12 years old (category E)
chuken: 10 - 15 years old (category E and F)
fukusho: 13 - 18 years old (category F and G)
taisho: 13 - 18 years old (category F and G)
Prices (per person):
Participation fee: €5
lunch Saturday (sandwiches or bowl): €8
hot dinner Saturday: €20
stay overnight Friday and/or Saturday (including breakfast): €25
All-in (sleep, breakfast, sandwiches and dinner): €50

19h-21h: Training with Japanese 8-dan and 7-dan sensei and European 7-dan sensei
Saturday:
9h: warming up all together
9h30: opening ceremony
10h: presentation KONO YO
10h30: start competition
12h45: break
13h15: competition
15h45: finals individual matches
16h15: award ceremony
17h: ji-keiko open for all
Sunday:
8h30: free warming up
9h: opening ceremony
9h15: start team competitions
11h30: finals team competition
12h: award ceremony
12h30: lunch break
13h: start competition category X
15h: last award ceremony
15h30: ji-keiko open for all
This is only an estimated time schedule, this can still change.
Also important: we will also need people as shinpan and kakarin to help at the tournament.
